2. Objeto
El presente Aviso Legal regula el acceso y uso de la aplicación móvil Woofing y del sitio web woofingapp.com (conjuntamente, «la Plataforma»), titularidad de COMPANION METRICS, S.L. El acceso a la Plataforma atribuye la condición de usuario y supone la aceptación plena de este Aviso Legal, de nuestros Términos y Condiciones y de nuestra Política de Privacidad.
A través de la Plataforma, Woofing pone en contacto a los dueños de mascotas con comercios y profesionales independientes, y ofrece determinados contenidos propios, como la campaña «Se buscan mascotas».
3. Condiciones de acceso y uso
El acceso y uso de la Plataforma, incluidas las condiciones específicas de la contratación de productos y servicios a través de comercios y de la campaña «Se buscan mascotas», se rigen por lo dispuesto en nuestros Términos y Condiciones, que el usuario debe leer y aceptar antes de utilizar sus funcionalidades.
4. Propiedad intelectual e industrial
Todos los contenidos de la Plataforma —textos, imágenes, diseño, logotipos, la marca «Woofing» y demás elementos gráficos— son titularidad de Companion Metrics, S.L. o de terceros que han autorizado su uso, y están protegidos por la normativa de propiedad intelectual e industrial. Queda prohibida su reproducción, distribución, comunicación pública o transformación sin autorización expresa, salvo en los casos permitidos por la ley.
5. Exclusión de responsabilidad
Companion Metrics, S.L. no garantiza la disponibilidad continuada de la Plataforma ni la ausencia de errores en sus contenidos, aunque adoptará las medidas razonables para evitarlos y, en su caso, subsanarlos.
La información sobre los comercios y sobre sus productos y servicios disponibles a través de la Plataforma es proporcionada por dichos comercios, que son los únicos responsables de su exactitud. Los límites de responsabilidad de Woofing en este ámbito se detallan en nuestros Términos y Condiciones.
6. Enlaces (hipervínculos)
La Plataforma puede incluir enlaces a sitios web de terceros. Companion Metrics, S.L. no asume responsabilidad alguna por el contenido, el funcionamiento ni la política de privacidad de dichos sitios, que se rigen por sus propias condiciones.
7. Protección de datos
El tratamiento de los datos personales de los usuarios de la Plataforma se rige por nuestra Política de Privacidad, disponible en woofingapp.com.
8. Legislación aplicable y jurisdicción
Este Aviso Legal se rige por la legislación española. Para cualquier controversia, y sin perjuicio de los fueros que puedan corresponder por normativa de consumidores, las partes se someten a los Juzgados y Tribunales competentes conforme a la ley.
9. Modificaciones
Companion Metrics, S.L. se reserva el derecho a modificar este Aviso Legal para adaptarlo a novedades legislativas o a cambios en la Plataforma. La fecha del encabezado indica cuándo se actualizó por última vez.

Purpose
This document establishes the General Terms of Use of the website owned by COMPANION METRICS, S.L, hereinafter, "Woofing App". Access to and use of the website's services and content implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

Use of this website grants the status of User and implies acceptance of all conditions set out in this Legal Notice. The User agrees to carefully read these conditions each time they intend to use the website, as it and its terms of use may be modified.
The User is obliged to make correct use of the website in accordance with the law and this Legal Notice. The User shall be liable to Woofing App or third parties for any damages that may result from a breach of this obligation.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
Woofing App accepts no liability for damages of any kind suffered by the User as a result of failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks that cause the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the website service.
Access to the website does not imply any obligation on the part of Woofing App to monitor the absence of viruses, worms or any other harmful software. It is the User's responsibility to have adequate tools for the detection and disinfection of malicious software.
Woofing App accepts no liability for damages caused to the Users' or third parties' computer systems during the provision of the website service.
